Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request may be accepted if:

• The product is damaged during transit

• The delivered product does not match the approved specifications

• There is a verified manufacturing defect

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper supporting details.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

• Customized or printed packaging approved before production

• Bulk orders manufactured according to confirmed specifications

• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue with the delivered products, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

2. Share clear photos or videos of the issue

3. Provide order details and a brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond with an appropriate solution.

Replacement Process

If the issue is verified and approved:

• Replacement products will be arranged at no additional cost

• Replacement production and delivery timelines will depend on product type and order quantity

Refund Policy

Since most orders are custom-manufactured, refunds are generally not applicable.
However, if a replacement is not feasible due to exceptional circumstances, an appropriate resolution may be provided at the discretion of Deenee Packaging Private Limited.
