At Deenee Packaging Private Limited, most orders are manufactured based on customer-approved specifications and bulk requirements. This policy outlines the conditions under which an order cancellation request may be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted only before production begins and must be submitted as soon as possible after order confirmation.

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Production has not yet started

  • Final specifications or artwork have not been approved

  • Raw material procurement has not been initiated

Once manufacturing or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Customized & Bulk Orders

Most of our packaging products are custom-made according to client specifications such as size, printing, material, and quantity.

Therefore:

  • Customized or printed packaging orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

  • Bulk orders manufactured according to approved specifications are not eligible for cancellation

How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order or quotation reference number

  • Registered contact details

  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will review the request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Refunds After Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved before production begins, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method.
